You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional to purchase products from Peptiva Labs. By placing an order, you certify that you meet these requirements.
2. PRODUCTS
All products sold by Peptiva Labs are research-grade chemicals intended for in-vitro laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption. See our Research Disclaimer for full details.
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, inability to verify researcher status, or violation of these terms. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped.
4. SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped from our facility within standard business days. Shipping times vary by destination. Peptiva Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, regulatory issues in your jurisdiction, or seizure by customs. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for evaluation.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including logos, text, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Peptiva Labs and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
7. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or market our products for human consumption. Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
